Unknown Heroes of India’s Freedom Struggle by Tulika Books wins the best non fiction book for young readers at the Atta Galatta Literature Festival in Bangalore!

Here’s my comic adaptation of Ganapati Yadav, who couriered food to revolutionaries in the forests of Maharashtra. There are 16 other stories of forgotten foot soldiers of India’s freedom struggle adapted from journalist P. Sainath‘s field notes and interviews.
