In Solidarity! Night Creatures inspired by Reclaim The Night protests, Kolkata. This is the latest mass protest that was sparked by the rape-murder of a female resident at a public hospital in Kolkata and has been one of the many cases where public authorities have tampered with the deceased, or actively sabotaged a due investigation.

The last case that got national attention was Hathras, 2020- where a 19 yr old girl’s body was publicly cremated by the police in the night. The court later acquitted 3 of the 4 men.
