The films created under the STEM for Girls initiative by IBM are aimed at young students who want to pursue STEM pathways in their career.
The films look at the overall STEM mindset – as a way of thinking, the need for more women representation and role models in the field, and interviews with various professionals- their daily lives, career journey, and a typical project from start to finish.
